We start by sending you a hard copy proposal that includes a detailed project overview, scope of work, service selection, and the contract. Once you sign the contract, we kick off the project by sending out the initial invoice.
After receiving your invoice and completed onboarding file via a shared Google Drive folder, we gather essential details about your project goals and requirements. This helps us understand your vision and ensures we’re aligned from the start.
The first step is designing your homepage. We schedule a Zoom call to review the homepage design and make sure the aesthetic and functionality meet your expectations. Upon your approval, we move forward to build out the rest of your website, maintaining the same design direction.
Throughout the project, you’ll have four rounds of revisions to ensure the design perfectly matches your vision. Once revisions are complete and the final design is approved, we conduct thorough QA testing to ensure your website performs flawlessly.
We wrap up the project with a final call where we transfer ownership, provide comprehensive training on using your new website, and ensure you feel confident managing your online presence. Even after project completion, I remain available for ongoing support and any additional needs.
