Project Overview
This project involves designing a fully custom and responsive website on Wix Studio for a cabin rental business. The site will showcase the cabins, offer scheduling and booking options, integrate with Airbnb, and feature additional sections like an online store, a dedicated events page, and a subscriber-only area. The design will be user-friendly for both the front-end visitors and back-end management. It will be aligned with the client's brand identity, ensuring a cohesive look across all pages and functionality, with a smooth experience for booking, subscribing, and exploring available services.
Timeline
Please note that this timeline is a general guideline and can be adjusted to accommodate specific project requirements, client feedback, or unforeseen challenges. Effective communication and collaboration between the client and the project team are key to ensuring a successful and timely website design project.
Day 1: Project Kickoff - Your client portal will be sent out to collect all necessary information needed to start the project.
Day 2: Design and Development - The website build begins! Your project will be started and you'll receive an email when the draft is ready to be reviewed.
Day 5: Design Refinements - Revisions will be taken (up to 4 rounds) and applied to the website.
Day 13: Final Review - The final review of the website will take place. This is the last time to make any changes or updates
Day 14: Client Training & Project Conclusion - At the end of the project we'll have an hour-long training call to make sure you can confidently navigate and update your website. The project is ready to go live! You'll be assisted in connecting hosting and your domain name to your new website
Scope of Work
Create a custom website on Wix Studio with a user-friendly layout (up to 8 pages)
Fully responsive design compatible across desktop, tablet, and mobile devices
Cabin scheduling and booking integration for overnight rentals
Integration of the rental listings with Airbnb
Setup of an online store with shipping cost capability
Creation of an "About Us" page
Dedicated page for tour information with scheduling and booking functionality
Page for upcoming events
Subscriber-only section with features for posting videos, photos, and digital content
Integration of an easy-to-use lead capture form
Assistance with creating the copyright for the website
Consistent brand identity (color palette, tone of voice, logo, fonts)
Up to 4 rounds of revisions based on feedback
Assistance with the website launch and initial post-launch support
One-hour training session post-launch for website management and editing
Terms of Service and Project Agreement
Scope of Work
The scope of work for this project is as detailed in the proposal provided by BrightPath Web Design to the Client. Any work outside of this outlined scope will incur additional charges at BrightPath Web Design’s standard hourly rate.
Revisions
The Client is entitled to four (4) rounds of revisions during the draft period only. Any additional revisions requested after the final version is approved will be billed at BrightPath Web Design’s standard hourly rate.
Refunds
The Client acknowledges and agrees that all projects are final and non-refundable. Once payment has been made, no refunds will be issued.
Training
BrightPath Web Design will provide one (1) hour of training at the conclusion of the project. Any additional training requested by the Client will be billed at the rate of $100 per hour.
Ownership
Upon completion of the project and receipt of full payment, ownership of the website will be transferred to the Client.
Payment
The Client agrees to pay BrightPath Web Design the total sum for the services rendered as outlined in this agreement. Payment shall be made according to the schedule specified in the proposal.
Termination
Either party may terminate this agreement in writing with ten (10) days' notice. In the event of termination, the Client shall pay BrightPath Web Design for all services rendered up to the date of termination.
